Too often, men are taught to suppress their struggles, to carry their burdens alone, or to mask their pain with anger, work, or withdrawal. While this may seem like strength, it quietly corrodes health, relationships, and purpose.

More2u provides a structured space where men can face what is most difficult – loneliness, shame, and pain – and transform these struggles into connection, strength, and purpose.

Our Aims

The aim of More2u is not just to cope with problems, but to respond to the problem of problems with fortitude. By combining science, psychology, and the power of brotherhood, the program enables men to:

• Connect – Build meaningful bonds with other men, standing shoulder-to-shoulder rather than struggling alone.
• Understand – Learn frameworks and concepts that explain why loneliness, shame, and pain hit men so hard.
• Heal – Share experiences in a supportive environment governed by clear rules of confidentiality, respect, and honesty.
• Transform – Use BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) to rewire negative emotional patterns and install healthier, future-focused ways of being.

Our Three Core Programs

More2u addresses three meta-themes that lie at the heart of many men’s struggles:

1. From Loneliness to Connection

◦ Explore the difference between being alone and being lonely.
◦ Understand why men are more vulnerable to isolation.
◦ Learn how to build and sustain meaningful connections.

2. From Shame to Strength

◦ Examine how men conceal shame through anger, withdrawal, or perfectionism.
◦ Discover the corrosive effects of shame on self-worth and relationships.
◦ Transform shame into resilience and authenticity.

3. From Pain to Purpose

◦ Recognise the ways men numb emotional pain through substances, overwork, or denial.
◦ Explore how pain can become a teacher and catalyst for growth.
◦ Reframe suffering into purpose and responsibility.

The Program Structure

Each program runs over four sessions over two consecutive days, with groups of 6–10 men.

1. Theme-based Lecture (2 hrs)
Interactive teaching on the theme, blending psychological insights, archetypes, and practical frameworks.

2. Facilitated Group Session (2 hrs)
Facilitated sharing, guided by clear rules that ensure confidentiality, respect, and safety.

3. BWRT Intervention – Past (90 min)
A neuroscience-based intervention targeting negative memories emotions from past events, neutralising their power.

4. BWRT Intervention – Future (90 min)
A guided process to install positive action patterns and visualise a stronger, more connected future self.

Our Guiding Principles

The program is grounded in the More2u Principles:
• Can’t do this alone
• Experience is the best way to change
• What happened to us was not as important as how we responded
• We get to choose how we respond
• Inner change trumps external change
• The strength of the group can hold us up when needed

The More2u Promise

At its heart, More2u is about building a better way of being.
By resolving the past and engaging with the present courageously, men discover there is far more to you than imagined.
Together, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder, turning vulnerability into strength and struggle into transformation.

A Foundation for Growth

The three More2u programs are not isolated workshops – they are deliberately designed to fit together, each addressing a different but interconnected aspect of men’s inner lives. Collectively, they form a solid foundation upon which to build a healthier, more resilient, and more connected self.

• From Loneliness to Connection establishes the groundwork by confronting the isolation many men experience. It teaches that true strength is found not in standing apart, but in building authentic bonds and belonging to a brotherhood.
• From Shame to Strength builds upon this by tackling the corrosive emotions men often conceal. Where loneliness starves us of connection, shame eats away at our sense of worth. By facing and transforming shame, men can stand more openly and confidently in their relationships and communities.
• From Pain to Purpose completes the foundation by addressing how men deal with suffering. Pain, when numbed or denied, weakens us. But when engaged with courage and meaning, it becomes fuel for growth, responsibility, and direction.

Together, these programs create a progressive arc of development:
• First, men reconnect to others.
• Then, they reconnect to themselves.
• Finally, they discover how to transform life’s inevitable hardships into strength and purpose.
This progression ensures that participants leave More2u not only with insight, but also with the practical resilience and inner tools needed to thrive long after the program ends.

Why More2u Exists More2u was created to help men understand who they are and that who they are has something […]

["post-57","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
